The Big Science Test (AHW)

My hand sweated and shook as I gripped my pencil tightly. The sub, Mrs Lucas passed out the test titled Hydrosphere Test. The first question was Which of the Following statements about water is true?
A. Most of the water on earth is fresh water.
B. Less than 1% of the water on earth is available for human use.
C. The amount of water on Earth is equal to the amount of salt water.
D. There is an unlimited supply of clean, fresh water on Earth.
First I looked at the first one, A. Most of the water on earth is fresh water. Right off the bat I knew that that was wrong so I crossed it out. A. Most of the water on earth is fresh water.  Then without even finishing reading B. Less than 1% of the water on earth is available for human use. I knew that that was the one. I circled the letter B. and went on to the next one. I went on like this for a while answering the questions and that circling the correct answer. There were several different kinds of questions. I blew through them pretty fast until i got to one question. The last one. In my opinion the last one's are always the hardest. They are always the ones that require a lot of explanation and knowledge all mushed together like a PB&J sandwich. I personally always lose at least one point on those ones.

The next day of school Mrs. Roberts was passing out the tests results. She called out a lot of names until she got to mine "Ellie" she said. I walked up to her trying not to show my nervousness. She handed me the paper. I looked at the first page. Then the second. Then the third. Then I flipped to The last page. There were two questions, one about groundwater that was correct. The other was the last one. The only one I had trouble with. Question 21. Worth five points. I looked at the score. 4/5. To tell you the truth I was not that upset because almost every one I talked to got the same 4/5 score on their tests. I carried my test with delight and was happy for the rest of the day about it!
